250ml 10:1 caulk and sealant guns for two component adhesive cartridge manual construction tools
Appearance and Grip Design: It usually has an ergonomic grip with anti-slip textures on the surface. Users won't easily feel hand fatigue even when holding and applying glue for a long time, and they can operate it stably and precisely. The outer shell of the gun body is made of a sturdy material, which has certain abrasion resistance and impact resistance. It can adapt to relatively complex working environments and is not easily damaged even if it is accidentally dropped.
Glue Dispensing Mechanism: The trigger is designed to be sensitive. A light pull on the trigger can result in a smooth and uniform glue output. The glue dispensing process is continuous and free of jams or intermittent problems. With the cooperation of the internal mixing structure, the glue is evenly stressed when being extruded, and the gluing track is neat and regular, which can evenly cover the bonding surface and ensure consistent bonding strength at all positions.
Scope of Application: Thanks to its compatibility with two-component glues, such as epoxy resin glue commonly used in the industrial field and polyurethane sealant in home decoration, it has a very wide range of application scenarios. It can bond different materials, such as metal and plastic, wood and ceramic, and can play an important role in home decoration, industrial manufacturing, handicraft creative production and other fields.

Functions
1. Precise Glue Dispensing: The "10:1" represents the mixing ratio of the glue materials in the glue gun's cartridge. It ensures the accurate mixing of the glue. Each time the trigger is pulled, an appropriate amount of glue is stably dispensed according to the preset ratio. This is extremely crucial in fine operation scenarios with strict glue usage requirements, preventing weak bonding due to insufficient glue or surface contamination and waste caused by excessive glue.
2. Compatibility with Multiple Glues: Paired with a 250ml cartridge, it can hold common two-component glues, such as epoxy resin glue, polyurethane glue, etc., meeting the bonding needs in different fields like industry, home decoration, and handicrafts, and handling bonding tasks for different materials, ranging from fragile paper and plastic to sturdy metal and stone.
3. Even Glue Application: The design of the glue gun enables the glue to be extruded with uniform force, resulting in a continuous and smooth gluing track and consistent glue thickness. This allows the bonding surfaces to fully contact the glue, ensuring a stable bonding effect and avoiding weak local bonding.
Usage
1. Install the Cartridge: Carefully place the 250ml cartridge filled with two-component glue into the corresponding slot of the glue gun, ensuring a firm installation without shaking or leakage. Some glue guns require screwing in rotation, while others use snap-on fixation. Follow the product instructions precisely.
2. Preparation: Check whether the muzzle of the glue gun is unobstructed. If there are any blockages, clean them carefully. Additionally, depending on the properties of the glue, some glues need to stand still for a few minutes in advance to make their internal components more evenly distributed and ensure proper mixing.
3. Test Glue Dispensing: After the initial use or when replacing a new cartridge, first pull the trigger on a scrap material to dispense a small amount of glue and observe whether the glue flows smoothly and the mixing ratio is normal. If the glue dispensing is uneven, slightly adjust the pressure adjustment knob (if available) of the glue gun until the glue dispensing state is ideal.
4. Formal Gluing: Hold the glue gun, aim the muzzle at the area to be bonded, keep the gun body vertical or slightly tilted, and pull the trigger at a constant speed. Slowly move the glue gun along the predetermined bonding track, allowing the glue to evenly cover the bonding surface. For example, when bonding wooden boards, apply the glue smoothly along the splicing seams; when pasting electronic components, apply the glue precisely at the points.
5. Clean-up: After use, if the glue gun will not be used for a short period, remove the cartridge after loosening it, and clean the muzzle and the internal residual glue with the matching cleaner or corresponding solvent to prevent the glue from solidifying and clogging, which may affect the next use. If the interval is short, simply place the glue gun in a safe place.
